ACES Pre-Sponsorship Impact Program
The ACES Pre-Sponsorship Impact program is designed to provide businesses/organizations with bottom-line impacts 3 to 4 months prior to asking for sponsorship. The process would start in September and end in December, which will coincide with annual planning for most businesses and organizations.
Advantages: It will provide…
• Businesses with an opportunity to experience the partial impacts of ACES on their bottom line before making a sponsorship decision.
• All ACES members a method to influence and participate in securing sponsors.
• It will provide ACES the power though it’s large membership to help small businesses to become more successful.
• ACES additional funds to plan and execute more successful events.
Disadvantage:
• Businesses/organizations receive impacts and don’t become a sponsor. Good business selections and impact measurements will minimize this from happening.
What does marketing look like?
• ACES members are asked to frequent the businesses in the pre-sponsorship program at certain times as individuals and as a group.
• Make sure you let the businesses/organizations know that you are a member of ACES.
• Use your social media tools to promote pre-sponsorship businesses/organizations.
• Contract with pre-sponsorship businesses for needed services when possible.NAME | ADDRESS | CONTACT | PHONE | WEBSTE | CATEGORY |
